When first introduced Lenalee can come across as kind and caring, stopping Kanda from killing Allen and showing Allen around when he first arrived. She can even go as far as to not wanting to be a bother to others.
Since her time at the Order she has come to hate innocence and god due to her experiences and what she has seen the Order do over the years and she is not above being honest about her dislike, instead focusing on what truly matters to her; her family.
Her family are various members of the Order who she has come to treasure above all else but are also people she will protect, call them out for dumb decisions to the point she can become stubborn and going even as far as punching or slapping them. She will even go as far as to blame herself if something happens and she could have done something. She has a genuine fear of Rouvelier in particular because of it, going as far as to seek out Kanda like a sibling would for comfort.
At one point Lenalee believes herself to be is selfish for picking her friends who she has known longer at the Order over Allen when he left the Order.
When she has her mind set on something she wants to do she will do it even if people are trying to convince her it’s a bad idea.
Someone that Lenalee is close to is her brother who due to her past has become rather protective of her, so she tends to end up having to deal with his behavior or the chaos he causes from things that he makes. This isn’t to say that she doesn’t love him, she does. It's because of that love that she can deal with him.
Allen is someone who she has a much deeper concern for than most others, having dreams that seemed to involve him on some level and always worried about him and his actions.
Being superstitious is soemthing Lenalee can be, making sure to ask her friends to not get bitten when they mentioned a potential vampire.
She is someone who will believe in the good of others, but this doesn't mean that she will do that to everyone. If someone does anything that she doesn't like, her thoughts could potentially change.
Abilities:
Dark Boots:
Lenalee's innocence is known as dark boots. these take on the form of well...boots. But when not activated they take the form of two red anklets that sit permanently around her ankles. This is what is known as a crystal type innocence.
With her dark boots, it gives her the ability to be able to fight Akuma. It also makes her a little bit faster and lighter on her feet so that she can jump long distances, but at the same time she can jump down from high places and land safely, but still cause damage to an Akuma or possibly destroy it. Basically, her boots bring on the saying 'Floats like a butterfly, but stings like a bee'
Originally Lenalee had two stages to her boots before they went to crystal type, so I'll note this down as well as any and all attacks since it hasn't been shown if she can still do these or not (I assume so):
Waltz: Mist Wind
This attack basically creates a tornado by simply using kicks from her innocence. This can be offensive as it's used to destroy Akuma by simply trapping them inside. Can also be used to hide people within it.
Level Two
When this was activated it can increase her speed a lot more and had the following attacks with it:
Burden, Acoustic Technique: Sound Shackles
This ability helps Lenalee to move faster than the speed of sound by simply using the sound waves around her and solidifying them to give her that boost.
Burden, Water Surface Technique: Water Shackles
With this Lenalee is able to walk or stand on water. So basically if she ever needs to fight on water, it can come in handy.
Falling Technique: Iron Shackles
When Lenalee tried to reach maximum sync rate with her innocence, which is the one and only time she used this attack, Lenalee boots become blades, making them much heavier and giving them much more power when it hits.
A kickback, however, is the fact that her body breaks in a sense of the word when she tries to force 100% sync rate. Although given the type she has, it's unknown if she is at 100% sync rate or not for this to be known or not. I tend to assume that she has reached 100%.
Coffee Maker + Cook
She can make a good cup of coffee to the point that she tends to make it for everyone. It can also be of note that she is friends with the Orders chef so odds are she knows a thing or two about how to cook.
Physical Endurance
Given Lenalee's situation at home and the fact she has to be pretty up close and person when it comes to fights it seems like she has a much higher physical endurance than an average human.
Negatives
The negatives to Lenalee's innocence are the fact she is a close combat fighter the odds of her getting hit and gaining serious injuries is high.
If her innocence gets too damaged she will have to use her blood in order to fix it, which if done too much can drain her and finally if she ever syncs lower than a certain amount with her innocence by going against what it wants, she could potentially become a Fallen One.
Alignment: Daimonia. Lenalee tends to fall under Grief or Joy when it comes to the most important thing to her. The people she calls family. She shows major grief if a part of her world dies and Joy if they are okay. It just really works for her.

General Sample:
[Lenalee was used to doing various missions. But this was a new one. Finding a bunny rabbit. They made it sound like this creature was dangerous. What how could something so soft and cute be anything like that?
It was part of the reason why she took the job in the first place. Just out of curiosity. So after departing she was heading over toward the place that had been mentioned. But what she found she couldn't help but stop. It seemed to be filled with them. They were adorable and not at all vicious.
With a soft smile, she made her way over, moving to kneel down close to them, slowly extending her hand and lightly managed to stroke the one closest to her.]
You are pretty cute. I don't see what is so bad about you. [She was just enjoying the moment as a few more were hopping around.]
Makes me wonder why they think they will attack if found... [She wondered if there was more to it than what she had been told, but for the time being she was just looking over them all.]
But a job is a job...I still need to find this deadly bunny rabbit.
[She removed her hand before moving to stand up. She had a job to do and as much as they were cute and fluffy, she had to do it. It was just the case of how?]

[It had been a while since she first arrived and had somewhat managed to settle into a new way of living without having to fight a war or hearing about people she cared for dying because of said war.
But as she went about preparing her lunch for the day she found herself pausing mid-slice. That brief moment he remembering that there were still people that weren't here. Would that mean that things still carry on while they were here? If that was the case... Lenalee shook her head slightly, the fear of the possible answer slowly creeping up. They could all be killed and she wouldn't be able to do a thing about it.
The emotion slowly started to build up and form, the vegetable that she had been cutting up slowly changing its color. Once was it a nice bright orange, now black and dead.]
It's alright, I'm sure they are fine. [She slowly looked down at the carrot, a small frown passing by her lips.]
I guess emotions really are strong, but now I have lost one carrot because of it. [With a small sighed she went to throw it away, using that time to shake the feeling off and telling herself to think more positive and of course, actually finishing making the meal.]
