Personality:
When Lenalee is first introduced she comes across as someone who will not take bad behavior such as when she stopped Kanda from attacking Allen by hitting him lightly with a clipboard. She also comes across as friendly and nice by being the one to show Allen around. She is also polite, feeling bad about bothering people if they are busy like when she needed to get a hair band from Anita, she felt bad for having to bother her.
However, there is a lot more to Lenalee than being the nice and kind girl who delivers coffee to co-workers when they need it even though that technically isn't her job to do. Lenalee is a girl who has spent a lot of her life at the Order, but her time was not the most pleasant having been treated poorly and from the experiments, she had seen and because of that she hates the Order, innocence and even God and is very outright with it. She can also react badly to those who are connected to her terrible past and which she will show fear and usually someone either makes sure she leaves the room or she goes to Kanda, who has noted that whenever Rouvelier is around she seems to find him out, sort of like a sister would to a sibling if they are upset.
When it comes to people she knows and is close to, they become known as her family and these are the people she can become rather protective of because to her, they are the world they mean more to her than the population of earth and are the reason she chooses to fight in the war. So if those she cares about are hurt or worse this can cause a bit of blame on herself if she could have done something or if she believes herself to be selfish such as when Allen left, Lenalee thought she was selfish for picking the others over him. If someone dies it causes a bit of her world to crumble which is devastating for her.
If Lenalee knows how to help someone she cares about she will do it, even at the risk of her own safety such as when she went to deal with a Level 3 for the first time, fighting it was the only way and she could have died in the process. If someone she cares about does something reckless or something she doesn’t like in general she will certainly show just how annoyed she is, usually with a slap or a punch.
Even though Lenalee has an older brother, sometimes it seems like the roles are reversed as she has to deal with the chaos her brother has caused or just having to deal with him in general when it comes to her. Compared to her brother Lenalee happens to come across as the more mature one.
Lenalee’s friendship with Allen, for the most part, seems the same as the others, she will call him out on actions and in one instance trying to get him to understand she stopped him because she considered them friends. But she seems to show a lot of concern to the other when he goes a bit overboard and seems to show a lot more guilt over not being able to help him or picking everyone else over him.
Overall, Lenalee is definitely a kind and caring girl to those who become a part of her 'world'. At that moment, she becomes willing to fight for them, should the need arise for it. She also can be a little superstitious. In one arc with a supposed 'vampire' she asked them not to get bitten otherwise they'd become one too.
Abilities:
Dark Boots:
Lenalee's innocence is known as the dark boots. these take on the form of well...boots. But when not activated they take the form of two red anklets that sit permanently around her ankles. This is what is known as a crystal type innocence.
With her dark boots, it gives her the ability to be able to fight Akuma. It also makes her a little bit faster and lighter on her feet so that she can jump long distances, but at the same time she can jump down from high places and land safely, but still cause damage to an Akuma or possibly destroy it. Basically, her boots bring on the saying 'Floats like a butterfly, but stings like a bee'
Originally Lenalee had two stages to her boots before they went to crystal type, so I'll note this down as well as any and all attacks since it hasn't been shown if she can still do these or not (I assume so):
Waltz: Mist Wind
This attack basically creates a tornado by simply using kicks from her innocence. This can be offensive as it's used to destroy Akuma by simply trapping them inside. Can also be used to hide people within it.
Level Two
When this was activated it can increase her speed a lot more and had the following attacks with it:
Burden, Acoustic Technique: Sound Shackles
This ability helps Lenalee to move faster than the speed of sound by simply using the sound waves around her and solidifying them to give her that boost.
Burden, Water Surface Technique: Water Shackles
With this Lenalee is able to walk or stand on water. So basically if she ever needs to fight on water, it can come in handy.
Falling Technique: Iron Shackles
When Lenalee tried to reach maximum sync rate with her innocence, which is the one and only time she used this attack, Lenalee boots become blades, making them much heavier and giving them much more power when it hits.
A kickback, however, is the fact that her body breaks in a sense of the word when she tries to force 100% sync rate. Although given the type she has, it's unknown if she is at 100% sync rate or not for this to be known or not. I tend to assume that she has reached 100%.
Coffee Maker + Cook
She can make a good cup of coffee to the point that she tends to make it for everyone. It can also be of note that she is friends with the Orders chef so odds are she knows a thing or two about how to cook.
Physical Endurance
Given Lenalee's situation at home and the fact she has to be pretty up close and person when it comes to fights it seems like she has a much higher physical endurance than an average human.
Negatives
The negatives to Lenalee's innocence are as follows:
1) She has to fight up close and personal which means that if someone is a long-range fighter it would be much harder to deal with.
2) If her innocence gets damaged in any way she has to use her blood in order to fix it. So if it gets too badly damaged it could take a lot of blood just to fix it, thus potentially draining her for a certain amount of time.
3) If she ever syncs lower than a certain amount with her innocence by going against what it wants, she could potentially become a Fallen One which is something no one wants really.
Alignment: Daimonia. Lenalee tends to fall under Grief or Joy when it comes to the most important thing to her. The people she calls family. She shows major grief if a part of her world dies and Joy if they are okay. It just really works for her.

After a while, Lenalee had lost count, but no matter what she did, living a somewhat normal life, without much risk of dying was honestly...nice if a little weird and slightly uncomfortable considering those at home still having to deal with the war. She felt bad too because she was here and they were. She missed them as well. But the young woman shook her head to get the thoughts out of her head for the moment to focus on the important task. Serving coffee to strangers.
it was not a job she ever considered really. But she was always the one to serve coffee back home so she figured why not give it a try here. With a soft smile, she walked over to a table where customers had just arrived. Best to be polite, that much she knew.]
Hello and welcome. I'm Lenalee and I'll be your waiter today. Are you ready to order? [As she spoke she reached in to pull out a pen and pad for just in case, but it wasn't long before they had stated they weren't. That was okay, she figured she could just go to another table.]
That's fine. I'll come back in a few minutes and check on you, but until then take your time look through all this wonderful place has to offer. [With that she turned on her heels and walked on over to the next table and then back again. As soon as she finished with the order, giving it to the kitchen she sighed slightly if for a moment to take a break before taking the food over shortly afterwards the smile once again on her face.]
Here you are, I hope you enjoy and let me know if you need anything else, okay? [She gave a small bow before once again heading off to serve yet another table. This seemed like an odd job to do, but really it was much better than her last one.]

[Lenalee couldn't help but watch the action she had gotten from being forced to be part of a testing group for them. She wasn't sure why it was being overly aggressive with other people around her. Friends, people she might consider family and even strangers seemed to be on the other end of it, but it was slowly starting to bother her more and more.
Taking a small breath, she was trying to calm down seeing if she could actually stop it before it did some serious damage or before she did something out of anger, but it seemed her anger didn't fully subside as a small flame had appeared by her foot as she went to move.]
Can you stop it, please?
[It seemed her words had fallen on deaf ears as it had soon spotted another poor unfortunate soul to hassle, running over and simply kicking them in the shin. This caused Lenalee to close her eyes for a moment, her brow twitching slightly as flames were slowly trickling from beneath her feet the more she did it. It seemed that while the item belonged to her it didn't mean it was actually going to listen.
The moment it tried to kick again, however, was enough for the young woman who opened her eyes, clearly angry.]
Will you knock it off! [As soon as she moved, she swung her leg, hitting it and sending it flying for what some could consider miles. As she watched it she felt herself calming down, relaxing a little bit, the flames slowly dying down as she did. It was gone and she kind of hope that it wouldn't return. She wouldn't know how she would be able to deal with it if it were.
But for the time being, she felt relaxed and that was all that mattered.]
